Why is hermit crabs, king crabs, porcelain crabs, horseshoe crabs and crab lice not true crabs?

I've only seen one difference - and that's there infraorder...Is that all?|||crab lice and horeshoe crabs are not true crabs, the others are|||The other difference is none of them wake up feeling crabby. They are all in good moods when they awaken
