How much does a King Crab fisherman earn, and how long does their journey last? was interested on the job I just want a little more details on it, I was looking at facts but they are too old, has anyone gone to do such thing?
Thanks for your answers!|||Oh my God dude, didn't you ever watch an episode of Deadliest Catch. It's only on the like every day on the Discovery Channel. They go by seasons - and it's not just "King Crab", there are others too. A "season" is like 3 weeks, and it all depends on how much they catch obviously. Usually though, the deckhands get like between 3 and 7 thousand dollars each. But, they can't do this all year, b/c they can only fish in certain seasons|||Anywhere from $0 to 5-6 digits.
All depends on the season, how well they do, how well YOU perform, etc.
There is no set salary, as it's based purely on the income of the ship.
