Why does red snapper smell and almost taste like king crab and shrimp?
Red Snapper gives off a very big resemblance in taste and feel to crabs and king crab. Does anyone know why? Is it a special molecule? Depth or type of living?|||they belong to crustacean group that is the reason.|||I hope I taste the snapper you've had!!!!! Lol
