What is the best way to estimate weight on Alaskan King Crab legs?

I have 15 pounds of Alaskan King Crab legs that I will be feeding to about 13 people. I want to ensure that each person gets about a pound each. I will be steaming them over my wood/charcoal BBQ - would like to do a separation of the legs before I begin to cook them. Do you have any idea what or how many legs will equal 1 pound?|||the meat is only about a 1/4 of the weight. I suggest that you serve alot of other things with it to fill them up. I serve them first as a starter. Main course can be baked fish and a veggie.
