How do you steam king crab legs?

eating it while watching super bowl. every time i cook it, it tastes salty, even though i rinse it like heck. i bought it at costco.|||Crabs do come from the ocean, so a salty taste can be expected. Rinsing several times with cold water my reduce some of the salinity but don't expect much improvement. They may have been presoaked in a brine solution to increase the shelf-life of the meat.|||The poor flavor can be from it just not being good, quality seafood. Costco can have some good seafood but it's not the best quality. I reccomend going to Whole Foods. You'lll pay three times as much at least but hey you get three times better crab legs.

I would soak the crab legs in water for a while then rinse them real well. But most likley it's where you have been buying the seafood. Try buying them someplace else.
