BEAT eggs, 2/3 cup water and lemon juice in large bowl.

ADD stuffing mix and crabmeat; mix lightly. Shape into 8 patties.

Cook the crab patties in butter in a large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides and thoroughly heated.|||Why not throw it in pasta, like a shrimp scampi except with the king crab legs instead. put butter and parmsea cheese on top of it. I bet it'll taste good! :)|||You can steam them in a steamer, but my personal favorite is to place them in a roasting pan, add lots of buter, crushed garlic, and cut-up lemons cover with foil and bake on 350-400 degree oven just until heated through. Dont over-cook. enjoy|||For fresh, boil them for about 15-20 minutes. For frozen, steam them for about 15 minutes. If they're too big, you can just boil them for the same amount of time.

We love our crab!|||What I do is, take a litte vinegar, a little water, place them in a micro safe bowl with lid, cover with old bay and steam in liquid until heated through. Then, I use the liquid as a dipping sauce. Scrumptious! You may also use beer as a stock, and liberal amount of Old Bay. Enjoy!|||personally, i.m a purist, just need butter and lemon, you'll find a few ideas at: http://www.fishermansexpress.com/crabrec鈥?/a>
