How to cook king crab legs?

does anyone know any good ways to cook them!?|||Steam them

I usually use a very large pot with a steamer insert or a colander in the bottom. For the cooking liquid i use half white wine and half water, with some herbs (parsley, green onions and garlic) in it.

once the liquid comes to a boil, add the legs and steam for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size. it's best if the claws are thawed, but you can also put them in frozen. it just takes a little longer.

To tell if they are done, stick an instant read thermometer in one of the meaty parts and look for a temp of 140 or so.

The legs are already cooked so you only need to warm them.

Another way is to take 1 lb of legs, wrap them in several layers of wet paper towel and several layers of plastic wrap, then microwave them on High for 90 seconds. Not as good as steaming, but good in a pinch.

Do NOT boil them, all the flavor ends up in the water and not in the crab|||i dont know|||you bring you pot of water to boil and drop them in for a very few minutes... the red should get really red when they are done.. ( maybe like 2 minutes 4 if they are frozen) serve with melted butter and plenty of napkins!|||http://search.foodnetwork.com/food/recip鈥?/a>|||easiest way is just to boil them.....boil a pot of water first and drop them in four 4 minutes or so, serve with melted butter and lemon wedges|||i always steam them
