They are probably already cooked ..if they are bright red.
You can steam them or preferably broil them.
Cut each leg on the top either with a sharp sturdy knife or chicken scissors.
Roll in rock or kosher salt and broil until the are hot .. 3-5 minutes.
The cut makes them easier to open while warm.|||45 minutes|||They don't take long......I think as long a they have thoroughly changed color that they are OK to eat.|||until they are a nice bright orange. it doesn't take long.
