What is the easiest way to fix King Crab legs?

Around here we just throw them in a pot of boiling water until cooked, crack them open, and dip the meat in butter...doesn't get any better than that!|||There are so many. Why don't you take a look:

But this one is very easy:

Drunken Alaskan King Crab Legs Recipe courtesy Emeril Lagasse, 2006

3 bottles premium ale

3 lemons, cut in 1/2

1 head garlic, split in 1/2

3 pounds Alaskan king crab legs, split

Drawn butter, for serving

To a large stockpot with a steamer insert, add beer, lemons and garlic and bring to a boil. Add crab legs and cover. Steam for 5 minutes or until crab is cooked through. Serve with drawn butter.|||steam them with old bay or with white wine, fresh garlic and butter for about 12 to 15 mins on high temp|||steam them. Get a big ol corn pot. Put some water maybe two fingers up the pot. Put some crab seasing in the water. Bring it to a boil and drop the crab legs in it. Cover it and let it cook till they are orange( or hot if they were already cooked) take em out, sprinkle more seasoning on it if you want to and serve it with melted butter.|||I don't think you can fix them. Once they are broken, that's it.|||We use the big pot from the turkey fryer and steam them with beer and old bay seasoning. Instead of using those crab leg crackers try using kitchen shears. It's a very efficient method for getting at the meat. Serve with melted garlic butter, corn on the cob - use the same pot, and lots of bread.
