A good side dish with king crab legs?

For my boyfriends 27th birthday I am having him over for dinner for Crab legs. Any suggestions to make for sides?|||oysters, champagne, candles %26amp; sex....





seriously.|||I like to make big baked potatoes with all the toppings on them. You could also do a salad with the legs and potato. Remember, crab legs will only keep you full for so long. My husband has to have something with substance so this is usually a sure bet for us. Good Luck!|||Clarified butter. Cocktails (beer, wine, whatever he likes). A nice pasta with alfredo sauce. Crusty, artisan bread. A baby greens salad (if he's the type of guy that likes salads).





Another route would be to do it up like a low country boil...
